Thank you for shopping with Vente Shop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Note: Some items such as sale or clearance items, personal care goods, or customized products may not be eligible for return. Please check product descriptions before purchasing.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at shopven25@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shopven25@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shopven25@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
